ABOUT THE STELLENBOSCH SAUVIGNON BLANC

Sauvignon Blanc is much loved for its freshness, mouth watering acidity and upfront fruit. Rustenberg makes two styles of Sauvignon Blanc: an unwooded but slightly fuller, richer style of Sauvignon Blanc; and a newer addition to the range – a small batch of wooded, wild ferment Sauvignon Blanc.

The intrinsic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of green pepper, asparagus and gooseberry are to be found in this wine, with underlying tones of pineapple and passion fruit, sustained on a fresh, crispy and well-balanced palate with prodigious length.
